City of Sumter Aquatics Center to host family day | Arts & Culture

Saturday, June 2, 2012 is family day for the City of Sumter Aquatics Center sponsored by Corley Vision Center! That’s right! Free Hot Dogs to the first 50 patrons between 11am and 1pm!

SPLASH DAY will feature prize drawings for swim passes, swim gear and more!  Free goggles for the first 30 children 3 to 12 years of age.  There will be water and boating safety demos and program sign up going on for the entire family!

Open Swim is from 12pm to 5:00pm Tuesday through Friday, Saturday 11am to 6pm and 2:00pm to 6pm on Sundays! Wednesday night from 6pm to 9 pm is evening swim and Sunday’s from 9pm to 11pm are Splash-in Movies for the entire family (starting June 3, 2012)! 

Kids you must bring a parent if you are 12 and under. Admission is only $2.00 for 12 and under and $3.00 for 13 and older.  Enjoy the fabulous spray fountain and twister slide and for kids who love to swim… join the Swim Team and travel to compete!
