Sheriff: Man abandons vehicle involved in crime at hospital | Crime

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man they say was wanted for his participation in a murder and armed robbery that occurred in Sumter.

According to sheriff’s deputies, on August 19, 22-year-old Spencer Bowman-Trumpler participated in a murder and armed robbery that occurred at 1403 Eagle Road by driving a co-defendant from the scene of the crime. 

Deputies say Trumpler abandoned the vehicle involved in the crime at Tuomey Hospital.

Trumpler was arrested on Sept 10, and charged with accessory after the fact of murder and armed robbery.
